I help organizations stop losing critical information and start using it. Too often, when an employee leaves or is let go, all the knowledge needed to do their job walks right out the door with them. I make sure the right knowledge reaches the right people before it ever has a chance to disappear.

For the past 15 years, I've honed my expertise in knowledge management (KM), communications, and training. I partner with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises to startups. I've built and governed knowledge bases and content management systems for four organizations, using Confluence, SharePoint, and Whale.io.

I bring hands-on experience with AI tools including Claude Cowork, Gemini, Copilot, and Lovable. I've built AI agents to increase productivity and developed an app that's live for public use. KM and AI are converging fast, and companies that connect them will finally get real value out of what they already know.

  • Toastmasters depends on members voluntarily taking on leadership roles, but most clubs approach recruitment backwards. They list open roles and ask members to pick one, rather than starting with the member's goal and skills they want to build or improve.

  • I first used Claude to create a spreadsheet with various skills needed to achieve goals. I mapped the leadership positions that aligned with these goals.

    I used iterative prompting in Lovable to build this goals to roles matching app. I suppled the Toastmasters color palette hex codes to keep the tool visually consistent with the organization’s brand. I added a feedback form to the live site to keep the loop open for user input, along with a disclaimer to keep expectations appropriately scoped.

  • Respondents’ feedback is positive and reported the tool is easy to use and the role suggestions felt relevant to their goals.

    I continue to improve the app, taking user feedback into account. The next stage is to allow clubs to select the officer roles currently available so that users are only shown roles they can fulfill at the present time.

  • A Toastmasters club with rotating 6-month leadership cycles relied on email to share information across officers, leadership, and internal records. Critical knowledge got buried in inboxes and lost during every transition. Incoming officers couldn't find what they needed, and outgoing officers kept access to materials they no longer needed.

  • With no budget and limited officer time, I selected Google Workspace's free tier and designed a scalable information architecture aligned to the club's organizational structure. Before building anything, I met with each officer individually to validate the framework and secure buy-in, knowing adoption is the real hurdle in any change management effort. I then built the taxonomy and used monthly leadership meetings to train officers and reinforce best practices.

  • Adoption was gradual at first, then accelerated as new officers experienced the system firsthand during transitions. The clearest signal of success: officers began independently creating and uploading their own standard operating procedures, evidence that the system had become part of how the club operates, not just a tool they were told to use. Onboarding for new officers is now seamless, and institutional knowledge survives every leadership change.

  • My client, a human services nonprofit, offers more than 50 programs across multiple regions. Staff struggled to describe the agency's breadth succinctly and couldn't consistently articulate the mission. Without a unified narrative, organizational credibility was at risk, along with the potential to confuse funders, partners, and community members.

  • I designed and facilitated a strategic messaging workshop for all supervisory staff, with three goals: build shared understanding of why aligned messaging matters, give staff a vocabulary for their brand story, and equip them to adapt that narrative for different audiences.

    I created a resource toolkit with the agency's mission statement, a service model graphic, a sample elevator pitch, and a fill-in-the-blank template. Three structured breakouts gave teams space to collaborate and draft their personalized pitches..

  • Participants reported immediate value, naming clarity, accessibility, and practical application as standout outcomes. Post-workshop evaluations are ongoing to measure field effectiveness.
