I help organizations stop losing critical information and start using it. Too often, when an employee leaves or is let go, all the knowledge needed to do their job walks right out the door with them. The team left behind wastes time searching for process documents, data, or client files that may not even exist. I make sure the right knowledge reaches the right people before it ever has a chance to disappear.

For the past 15 years, I've honed my expertise in knowledge management, communications, and training. I partner with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises to startups. I've built and governed knowledge bases and content management systems for four organizations, using Confluence, SharePoint, and Whale.io.

I bring hands-on experience with AI tools including Claude, Claude Cowork, Gemini, Copilot, and Lovable, and have built AI agents from the ground up. I've also contributed directly to improving production AI systems -- reviewing and rating outputs, refining prompts, fact-checking responses, labeling data, and evaluating content accuracy. Knowledge management and AI are converging fast, and I'm positioned at that intersection.
