career: After earning a B.S. in Business from Ferris State University, I used my marketing and public relations skills to support Fortune 500 corporations, startups, non-profits, and individuals in achieving their goals. In my 15+ year career, I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of industries including hospitality, entertainment, utilities, food, retail, education, and healthcare. Customers are the reason businesses exist and it's exceedingly important to make thinking about how they perceive your company a top priority. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it is highly beneficial to ensure your customers are treated with respect, and to care about each interaction they have with your organization. Most industries have much competition and people choose where they spend their time and money. You can increase customer retention by concerning yourself with the experience of the customer and consistently reflecting and taking action where improvements are needed. |
